What we collect

ps2chd.com is a flat-file site with no user accounts. There is nothing to register for and no profile is built about you.

• Comments. The name you type, your comment, an optional email address, and your IP address. The name, comment and date are shown publicly; the email and IP are never displayed and exist only for moderation and rate limiting.
• Contact messages. The name, email and message you submit, plus your IP address, stored so we can reply and prevent abuse.
• Download counts. When someone clicks a download button we increment a counter for that title. One IP counts once per title per day; the address is kept for that day only and then discarded. This tells us which entries are useful and nothing about you.

Cookies

Public pages set no cookies. A session cookie exists only inside the administration area, for the site owner's login.

Third parties

Downloads are served from an external file host, so opening a download link is a request to that host and subject to its own policies. If the site owner has enabled an analytics script it is listed in the page source and governed by that provider's policy.

Retention and removal

Comments stay until removed by the author's request or by moderation. To have a comment or message deleted, ask through the contact page and say which one.
