Sending a notice

If you own the rights to a work listed here, or you are authorised to act for the owner, send a notice through the contact page including all of the following:

1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or URLs on ps2chd.com that the notice concerns.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed and, where valid, the material is removed or disabled. Incomplete notices are slower to process — the list above exists so we do not have to come back to you for the basics.

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice through the same channel, including your contact details, the material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error.
